Welcome to Looyall, a CRM and social media marketing platform that complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Definitions
- "Looyall" refers to our CRM and social media marketing platform, including the Event Management system.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses Looyall, including Sellers, Buyer, Customers, and Organizers.
- "Seller" refers to users who use the platform for business and sales activities.
- "Buyer" refers to user or customer purchasing products or services from a Seller via Looyall.
- "Customer" refers to users who interact with Sellers or services provided through Looyall.
- "Organizer" refers to users who manage or create events using the Event Management system.
- "Services" refers to all features, functionalities, and oOerings provided by Looyall.
User Eligibility & Registration
- General or public users must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to benefit from our system and services.
- The Seller must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sell products or services.
- The Organizer must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of the organization.
- Cashiers and staff members for businesses must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to conduct business with our system and services.
- All users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
- Looyall reserves the right to verify identities and reject or suspend accounts if fraudulent or inaccurate information is provided.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Looyall, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You must not use Looyall for illegal activities, fraud, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- You agree not to interfere with the functionality of the platform or other users.
Prohibited Activities
Users MUST NOT:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration.
- Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Violate the privacy of other users or businesses.
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt Looyall’s services.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices.
- Use Looyall’s platform for spamming, phishing, or unauthorized activities.
- Involve usury (Riba): The business or event does not involve usury. Usury is a practice prohibited in Islam. It involves transactions of usurious goods that do not follow Sharia guidelines or activities profiting from lending.
- Involve Gharar: The business or event must not contain any prohibited elements of gharar which is uncertainty.
- Involve gambling (Maysir): The business or event must not involve any elements of gambling, such as betting where both parties put in money, but the losing party receives nothing while the winner takes it all.
- Involve forbidden services or goods or both: The business or event should abstain from products, activities or services prohibited in Islam, such as alcohol, pork, conventional lending services, and alcohol delivery services.
- Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods or services that are not allowed by the government law.
Privacy & Data Protection
Looyall complies with the PDPA Act 2010 of Malaysia. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By registering, users consent to the collection and use of their personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data must be handled securely and not shared or sold without authorization.
- Users can manage data preferences and opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Event Management System
- Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details they create.
- Looyall is not liable for any disputes arising from events managed through the platform.
- Attendees must adhere to event-specific terms set by Organizers.
Fees & Payments
- Some services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed before use.
- Users agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.
- Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Looyall are owned by Looyall or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior permission.
Termination and Suspension
- Looyall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
- Users can request account deletion by contacting support@looyall.com, but some data may be retained for legal compliance.
Limitation of Liability
- Looyall provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding platform availability or performance.
- Looyall is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
- Users agree that Looyall is not liable for disputes between Users, Sellers and Organizers on the platform.
Changes to Terms
Looyall reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of (The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), also known as Act 709). Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Ministry of Communications and Multimedia, Malaysia.
